Refund Policy

For health safety and sanitation reasons, Framed by Fancy doesn’t allow refunds or exchanges. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, please email framedbyfancy@gmail.com within two days of delivery to initiate the process to receive a replacement item or store credit. Store credit is immediately available and expires one year from the issue date. Any damages or order inaccuracies reported after the two-day grace period are ineligible for return.

Order Cancellation Policy
