Shipping Information

• Our preferred shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail (or Priority Mail for applicable orders). Your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours after purchase (Monday through Friday). Turnaround is approximately 3 to 5 business days from purchase to delivery for domestic orders (within the United States). First Class Mail generally takes 2 to 4 days for delivery within the United States. Priority Mail generally takes 1 to 3 days for delivery.
• If you received a tracking number, that means your order has entered processing and is preparing to ship. Please allow 24 hours to track your package for updates on USPS website.
• If you missed your delivery, we suggest that you make the best effort to pick up your package from the local post office. If you decide to reschedule delivery on the USPS website, keep in mind that it may delay your package for an uncertain amount of days. 
• If you received a delivery notification and you have not received your order, please do the following: check your mailbox, leasing office, porch, surrounding areas around your home or apartment, ask neighbors or anyone in your home that may have retrieved the package. 
• PLEASE NOTE: USPS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR. WE DO NOT WORK FOR USPS OR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER DELIVERY. PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE AND ANTICIPATE ITS ARRIVAL. 

Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax is charged on items shipped throughout the United States. In states where there is an obligation to collect, you will see sales tax added to your order based on the shipping address that you've selected.
